Cathedral Ceilings

Everybody has been a tourist and visited some big cathedrals and churches and admired their magnificent ceilings. Did you know before that even ordinary houses can be built with that kind of ceilings? Of course, these houses have far higher ceilings than usual homes but they are that much more magnificent.

So if you are negotiating with your constructor about the house that you are going to build ask about the cathedral ceiling possibilities that they offer and what are the costs of building one. Believe it, although that it might be a bit more costly at the beginning, once you see the end result and walk into your home with a cathedral ceiling you will be extremely positively surprised and amazed. There are no words to describe that look and even years and years after you have lived in the same house, you just will not get enough of that ceiling.

Cathedral ceilings were originally designed for enormous buildings, but that was a long time ago. Nowadays, they can be used also elsewhere and why should you be left out of it? Ask around and find out more information about cathedral ceilings and you will not regret it in the long run.

Want to have higher roof installed on a brick house with low roof(not flat) but very low. Want vaulted ceiling in living and dining room which are in center of house. Does anyone ever install a higher roof over existing one or must the old roof be removed? Aware that old roof must be removed over desired vaulted ceiling.
