How to Install a Ceiling Fan?
In summer, the heat can grow intolerable – we all know that. The easiest solution would be getting a small ventilator to be placed on the table or the corner of the room. However, you’ll need to make room for it and decide where exactly the right place for it is. We dare to say, that the best place for a ventilator it is up in the ceiling!
We recommend a ceiling fan – a ceiling fan is usually installed replacing your central light fixture, some ceiling fans also involve a light kit so you would not lose the light in the room. Installing a ceiling fan is not as hard as it may seem. Basically all you need is your tool kit and the instructions sheet.
We have provided you with some basic tips to take into account before you start:
- the most important thing is to turn off the power to avoid getting injured by the current.
- As the ceiling fan is usually placed in place of the lighting fixture, installing the fan is similar to installing the lighting fixture – attach the fan to the wires and put the ceiling cover and the fan itself in place.
- The ceiling fan needs to be assembled before attached to the ceiling, be sure to follow the instructions.
- It is important to supply yourself with the right toolkit, to avoid installing a fluttering fan.
