Running cable for ceiling fixtures
Sometimes after a room has been finished and all the remodeling done you still have to add some electrical or other devices which means that you need to add some cables to the ceiling. The problem is that if your ceiling tiles are fixed and they cannot be moved then how you can add these cables in a way that they will be out of sight. This is not an easy task and basically you have only one option- to remove some of the tiles again, install the cable below those tiles and reinstall the tiles. It might seem as a lot of work and it probably is but it is more or less the only opportunity that you have if you want to install the cables in way that they are hidden. Of course you could also try to disguise the cables with for example plaster but these results might not be very good.

And finally, if those previous solutions seem to be too hard for you and you are not very experienced in building than you can just take the easy way out and install the cable in top of the ceiling without trying to hide it. In this case try to find a cable that matches with the color of your ceiling the best and it might not be so visible after all.
