I installed a suspened ceiling in my basement.

wired Halo lights the question is the electrical inspector told me to make sure I ground the ceiling. Since all the lights are on metal brackets and are grounded themselves no sure why I would need a seperate ground and I do should it go back to the electrical panel or just a clod water pipe
