How to fix a paneled grid ceiling (and lighting)

I have a very low paneled grid ceiling that has undergone some damage. It is a grid ceiling with panels in between metal struts. Lighting is provided flourescent lighting boxes in place of some of the panels.

Two of the lighting boxes have fallen--the boxes are in poor condition, the struts are bent, and some of the panels are missing. Do you have suggestions for how to go about repairing thing? Thanks

i think you should just replace all of the materials or parts that are not in prime condition. repairing it will just give you a headache.
