repianting interior walls w/ popcorn ceiling
evrybody says to paint ceiling 1st work way down to baseboards...but what if you have popcorn ceiling...if you put tape on it to protect it from the painting of the walls won't it mess or remove most of the texture. How do you repaint your interior walss only when you have popcorn ceiling???

if you are worried about the texture and if the popcorn ceiling will be ruined, you can use some easy to remove tapes such as masking tape. you can use some masking tape to tape on some strips of newspaper to protect the popcorn ceilings.
