Can I get a recessed pull cord switch for my suspended bathroom ceiling?

I need to use a pull cord but don't want the usual ugly box sticking out ruining the flat ceiling, is it possible to get either a chrome recessed pull cord switch, similar to a recessed downlight, or alternatively just a chrome blanking plate with a hole in the middle and I can install the real switch on the hidden ceiling above.

yes it is possible. actually, brilliant thinking there. hiding the switch way above the ceiling makes it more protected from moisture.
