Do I need to repair/replace my ceiling?
The condo above me had a pipe leak and water poured though my bathroom light fixture. I've been told that I'll need to replace the ceiling because the sheet rock will not dry out and will mold if left there. But, the building manager says not to worry about it, if there are no water stains, there is no problem. Personally, I don't care how it looks (stains) but I do care about my family's health (mold). Do I need to replace the ceiling or is it safe to leave it.

you need to replace it. you have to have a word with the condo manager and let them check it out before letting it pass like it is no big deal.
