help needed! brown spots are showing throughout the newly plastered ceiling pattern. could it be from too thin a top coat or not thoroughly mixed base coat? what can be done so it will not have to be painted this soon?
i just had painted drywall ceilings newly plastered. euco weld was applied before the plastering was done.

i share in your disapointment same thing happened to me by ellimination you may have oil base paint it will bleed though seal it with a white primer sealer before paint
