how do you install track lighting without electric wiring in ceiling?
it is a condo sandwiched inbetween a condo on top... and below.
there is no pre-existing ceiling light fixtures.
we want to put track lighting up, but since there is a condo above, and no attic as a normal house would have, we are not sure how to go about installing
the track lighting.
do we need to hire an electrician to pre-wire the ceiling before starting this project?

well, hiring someone who really knows the thing is better than off hammering things up by ourselves. let the electrician do the wiring and ask the condo manager if it is okay to install such. since some condos do not permit such installations.
