cleaning dirty textured celing
would like to paint walls but there are places in the house where the ceiling (popcorn?) appears dirty not stained. can this be cleaned & how do i paint the top of the wall without overlapping the ceiling? thanks!!!

you can actually clean the ceiling. scrape off those dirty ceilings and repaint it. about painting your walls, you can just safely tape the ceiling with newspaper or something so it won't be painted when you paint your walls.
