ceiling vents

i have a ceiling that has a hole, i believe it get the warm air to the bedroom upstairs. it has a metal decorative cover. i was wondering where i can find another decorative
cover. i have only been able to find the ugly vent covers for ductwork. this has no ductwork. just a hole for air flow. my house was biuilt 1893.
