Catherine Pulcine Interiors advised me a number of years ago, on a colour for my kitchen, which I love. It's called "Beach Bark". I have a stippled ceiling in my kitchen which is currently painted white, but it has been repaired from time to time, and you can see the repair marks quite clearly. I want to paint my ceiling very dark, and I am wondering if you think it will work. I have the Para Paint Colour "Slate" in mind. It's not black, but a very dark charcoal colour. The following is a description of my kitchen. 20' x 10' Floor to ceiling windows on the 20' side (south side so plenty of sunshine) All white cabinets surrounding 1/2 the kitchen Black granite with slate coloured fleck for counter tops Black and white checkered floor on the diagonal Plenty of pot lights in the ceiling Brushed chrome appliances What do you think?
