suspended ceiling
i live in a basement apartment with a very ugly suspended ceiling in the kitchen and livingroom. i was wondering what would be good ways to cover it up? i have heard of ceiling wallpaper and thought that might be a good idea. should i just pay to have it replaced? the area isnt big so it might not be too expensive to just replace a few of the tiles and some of the grids (not all of them are bad). i just need some ideas to make it look better.

there are plenty of ceiling materials you can choose from to replace your ceiling. a ceiling wallpaper is not advisable for a suspended ceiling. the best is to replace the panels with materials that suit your taste. visit your local home depot for the different panels you can choose from.
