how do i glue cieling tiles that are dipping from the cieling but not yet coming off

we have armstrong wood looking tiles glued on with adhesive on the cieling. an area has started to droup not drop. i need to find a way to get some adhesive behind the tiles and then press them against the cieling. i need to know if there is some kind of a seringe or adhesive that can be inserted to hold it up before it gets worse.
