who do you repair a cracked ceiling due to a weak second level floor?
i was looking at a home there are two long cracks going across the first floor ceilings. i think the cracks are caused by the weak floors on the second floor. this home is a modular and i am not sure if the problem could also have come from how it was put together. can some one help me with this problem and tell me where to start.

there are several reasons that might have caused this one to happen. first is the house is naturally getting old. second, is the changes in temperature makes the plaster on the ceiling to form cracks. third might be your intuition that it may be caused by the walls. well, it could be a better idea if you get an engineer or someone to check on those ceiling to really determine what causes it before doing some actions.
