this situation only requires some simple pushes and pulls. for the drop ceilings, just push up the bottom side of the ceiling tile until it moves away from the grid and then twist it a little so you can remove it then. then just repeat the process until everything is done. then you might do something with the fixtures and the other electrical components there if there are .
