how do you fix sheetrock ceiling when they have been mudded,sanded, & painte,but still show up uneven and spotted?

well, for large uneven parts, what you can do is to patch it with a board to level it with the mud and just coat it with the clay and the same process with the rest of the sheetrock. spotted, how do you define spotted? if these are holes, then what you can use is some plaster to cover up the holes and coat it with some mud, let dry, sand and put another coat on it. that would do the trick.

have you checked inncov? ceiling system ? it can hide imperfections of the walls and ceilings.
