Should the ceiling be all the same color?
Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and breakfast nook share a common ceiling. (Somewhat of a great room - all one color) I want to paint the breakfast nook walls a different color and think the ceiling should remain the same as the rest of the house. Ceiling and walls would be complimentary colors. My husband says we need to draw a line on the ceiling and paint the nook ceiling the same as the nook walls. Who's right?
