LAYOUT & INSTALLATION OF SUSPENDED CEILLING

I would like info on the best way to layout a suspended ceilling for a room, 17\\\' by 7\\\'5\\\" approx. Need the best way to arrange the main T\\\'s and the cross T\\\'s.
Wall angles need to be level around the perimeter of the room and low as the lowest point in the room with a little added clearance.
