How do we do an open ceiling with duct work showing, black?

We are opening a Martial arts studio, we do not want a drop ceiling, we want it open. What do we use betweeen the duct work and the beams(that have the insulation in between them)? Like for instance the resturants like Don Pablos, we want that open look! Help please!
