humidity in corner of bedroom

When temperature is 30 or less, humidity builds up in on e corner of the bedroom. I checked the above the corner ,and it was dry. It was only wet in the corner. We have storm windows and interior windows {both single pane}. they both get moisture on them,so that we have to wipe the inside windows off.We have a humidifier,but i turned it off ,and we still have a problem.
