How do I remove a texiture ceiling
I have a texiture ceiling and i hate it. How can I remove it?

We used a flat paint scraper and a water spray bottle. We would wet a small area, do not soak it just get the popcorn a little wet so it's softens up, and then use the paint scraper to remove the popcorn.
This is a little messy and time consuming but does the job. Be sure to cover and protect anything in the room including the floor.

we live in a mobile home and are moving a light fixture in the kitchen that was on one side of the ceiling to the middle part of the ceiling and replacing it with a lighted ceiling fan, is there a item to cover the hole where the light fixture used to be?

if the area you need to patch is close to where you put the new ceiling fan, there are decorative medalions you can put above the new fixture to cover the old hole.
